About this job

We are looking to fill an administrative assistant in a fast paced work environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in handling all facets on the clerical side of running an office.



You must be able to multi-task and prioritize. You will provide administrative and clerical support to several departments and managers within the organization.



Job Description....



* Receive, sort, and forward incoming mail to include coordinating the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.) * Accurately maintain hard copy and electronic filing system * Maintain electronic fax system * Manage office supply inventories, and maintain office equipment * Maintain and update Policy and Procedures manual for administrative staff * Other duties as assigned



Job Requirements:



* Proficient in all Microsoft Office suites including Word, Outlook and Excel * Minimum of one (1) year of office management experience is desirable * Must possess excellent phone and interpersonal skills * Must be able to work with minimum supervision * Should be customer service driven * Professional appearance
