As a Food Production and Prep Associate at one of our Arby’s Restaurants, you will be an important member of OUR TEAM and will be supported with the tools and training needed to succeed in our dynamic organization. With strong performance, you can progress from Team Member to Team Leader to Assistant Manager, with possibilities for further advancement. We are growing in the Richmond area and are looking for great people to join us. We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers. We will teach you everything else you need to know.

Hours: Day and evening Hours available

The Restaurant Company provides a sophisticate dining experience for customers, and we require our employees to uphold the same standards.  It is our team member’s responsibility to always maintain a professional, neat, clean and pleasing appearance towards our customers.  We require our employees to be well groomed – men that means clean cut and clean shaven; women, hair must be cleaned and neatly pulled back with minimal jewelry and clean/manicured nails.
