Job Overview This position provides a consistent meeting product to the property's clients, focusing on proper meeting set-ups and configurations. Essential Functions
Review Event Order and assignment sheet to determine function requirements
Set, stock, and maintain meeting rooms
Complete cleaning inspection for each meeting room and assigned area
Report any and all guest request changes to an F&B manager
Assist other departments as needed to ensure optimum service to guests Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Exceptional guest service skills required
Ability to push, pull or otherwise move table and chair units from storage area to function area City Vail State Colorado Job Type On Call Type of Position Hourly Position
