Accountabilities and Deliverables:

* Research, complete and file claim documentation for shipment delivery failures and/or damaged shipments.

* Investigate returned packages for home deliveries and work with appropriate teams to obtain an accurate shipping address.

* Ensure medications are shipped to facilities when facility is open; collaborate with the Dispensing Teams to identify days facilities are not open.

* Communicate shipment delays or issues to support teams so facilities and/or home delivery patients can be advised as soon as possible.

* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

The Shining Star in this role should have:

* Strong communication skills for Facility/Patient conversations around medication adherence.

* Timely, organized response when sending RGA's (Return labels) to Facilities.

* Bi-lingual in Spanish strongly preferred.

* Accurate updates being made to the patient's account when processing claim reversals.

* National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) and applicable State Pharmacy Technician Certification with demonstrated/maintained good standing required.

* Demonstrated multitasking ability to work efficiently with other cross-functional groups such as billing, retention, insurance and dispensing, among others.
