ACE currently has openings for Center Managers and Service Associates to join our growing team. This person will be a friendly, outgoing customer service professional who is interested in advancing there career through the sales and support of financial products and services. In this role you will work in one of our retail locations and will consult face to face with current and potential ACE customers on a daily basis.

The Center Manager and Service Associates provide and maintain excellent customer service with every existing and potential customer. Work involves, but is not limited to: overseeing operation of the center, ensuring maximized sales and profitability, center security and safety, inventory control, meeting monthly and yearly Contribution To Plan (CTP) goals, expense controls, and marketing of company services. This position reports directly to the District Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Monitor and lead Associates daily activities and service levels of entire store
• Handle all escalated customer service issues
• Assist District Manager in scheduling to maintain proper staffing
• Increase store profitability by building and maintaining customer relationships through the offering of products and services including: check cashing, loans, utility and other bill payments, title loans, money orders, wire transfers and other financial services
• Manage existing customer accounts and ensure that payments are made in a timely manner
• Assist in marketing campaigns throughout community
• Follow security and safety policies and procedures in order to maintain safe working environment

Requirements
Specific Knowledge, Skills & requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in sales or customer service; retail or financial service industry preferred
• Cash handling experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Multi-tasking experience in a fast-paced, results driven environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work flexible retail hours
