Customer Service Representative

If you like a fast paced dynamic environment and like to take ownership of your work - we have an opportunity for you! We need a Customer Service Representative who will support the Project Management department, and be flexible to help other departments to successfully meet customer needs. This position requires collaboration with all departments to develop specialized custom kiosks and store fixtures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficient computer skills in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MRP/ERP, with Strong Excel skills
• Must have a positive attitude and positive interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with resourceful initiative strong desire to learn and expand knowledge and experience
• Excellent analytical, decision making skills with strong initiative
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and calculate dimensions
• Excellent attention to details and accuracy with strong follow-through
• Communicate, oral and written, in a positive, professional and effective manner
• Flexible and thrives in dynamic and changing environment

 SHIFT:  Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

PAY:  $13.00 - $15.00 / hour DOE
