We are currently seeking Servers/Waitstaff for day and evening shifts. Our beautiful community is conveniently located in Lexington, Massachusetts and includes three dining venues where we have high-quality menus that emphasize choice and quality. Server/Waitstaff employees are eligible for $2,000 scholarships after 6 months of employment!
Server/Waitstaff Shifts:
We offer flexible schedules with Weekday and Weekend Shifts including: 7:15 am to 3:45 pm; 12:30 pm to 8:30 pm and 4:45pm to 8:30pm.
Server/Waitstaff Responsibilities:
- Greeting residents and guests
- Taking and facilitating orders
- Clearing and re-setting tables
- Performing related set-up and end of shift side work
Server/Waitstaff Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A desire to provide high quality service to our residents
- Prior customer service experience is preferred
