Tactical Laser Tag Team Members - Part-time

We are looking for an individual to join our Team at a Tactical laser tag arena. This is an interesting and fun job. We are looking for an individual who is self motivated, responsive, likes to work with kids and have great people skills. Benefits include free admission for employee and family. There are also yearly performance rewards, a first time six month evaluation (that could result in increased wages) and thereafter every year.  This job is perfect for college age individuals who want to devolp skill sets they can use in the future. You will be responsible for running the tactical laser tag park and all employees and making sure they are correctly doing their job. You will work with the cashiers and keep everything moving smoothly eg. jumping on another register to keep line down oe adding another cashier. You will be trained in all areas of operation so you can properly lead the park. You must be abl to multi-task and interact with customers to keep them happy and wanting to return. Open avalibilty for the postion is a must. Other duties will include but are not limited to... handling customer compliants, making sure cafe is stocked, checking all cleaning at the end of the night and having employees re-do if nessesary, making sure park stays clean during business hours, finding someone to fill in if someone does not show, making sure all safety rules are followed, being involved in all aspects of our birthday parties, introducing your self to parties, making sure everything is ready for your next shift etc
