Shift Manager

We have a part-time/full-time opening for a Shift Manager.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Shift Managers, are responsible for:

• Customer interactions- from greeting with a smile, to recieveing and processing orders and resolving any potential customer issues. 


• Training and motivating team members.


• Preparing all of McDonald’s World Famous food


• Partnering with other Crew and Managers to meet target goals during your shift


• Restaurant Cleanliness


• Ensuring items are well stocked and preparing and maintaining inventory


• Championing recognition, marketing and motivational efforts


• Managing deposit details and preparing labor schedules for General Manager's review.
