Patient Relations Representative (Rotational/ 0.6 FTE)-- Providence Staffing Resource Department

Providence is calling a Patient Relations Representative to Providence Medical Group Clinics located across the Portland Metro areas. we have over 70 clinics. Must be available for travel to various clinic locations as assigned. This is a 0.6 FTE position with rotating/variable shifts.

In this position, you will:

Be the first point of contact to patients or visitors in person or by phone.

Play a key role in maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service.

Required qualifications for this position include:

High school diploma or equivalent 1 year of customer service experience Typing skills (minimum 45 words per minute) Basic computer skills including Microsoft Windows and Office applications

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

Some college 1 year of medical office or healthcare experience Basic experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and/or computerized billing systems Medical terminology experience
