Project Coordinator – Vendor Management – Overland Park, KS - Full-time / Part-time

Primary Responsibilities:  


Provide support for multiple vendor locations. This individual will manage the vendor relationships, act as a Subject Matter Expert, and drive performance at the site and across the Vendor's locations.
Coordinate, supervise and accountable for the daily/weekly/monthly activities of vendors.
Set priorities for the team to ensure task completion and performance goals are met, such as: Quality, Adherence, Service Level and AHT
Coordinate work activities with other departments.
Identify and resolve operational problems using defined processes, expertise and judgment
Provide coaching and feedback to team members.
Provide expertise and customer service support to members, customers, and/or providers
Manage and accountable for professional employees and/or supervisors
Foster and maintain a collaborative relationship with internal and external business partners to ensure customer satisfaction.
Work with business partners to identify ways to improve business process.
Contribute to the attainment of call center key performance indicators, and manage performance associated with each.
Play a leadership role by in influencing action plans to drive/improve vendor performance.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert.

Requirements:


High School Diploma/GED
2+ years of Microsoft Word
3+ years of Microsoft Excel
2+ years of Microsoft Power Point
1+ year of Project Coordinator experience
1+ year experience in creating or adapt a process for business improvement
1+ year of provide and justify cost analysis experienceAssets:

Bachelor's Degree
Microsoft Project experience
Previous call center experience
