completes projects related to Group Services enrollment, billing, reporting,
and systems functions. Also performs supportive duties for management including
scheduling meetings, onboarding new employees, and coordinating any other
general business needs.Primary Responsibilities:Lead
Group Services’ quarterly project prioritization activitiesSupport
management and the department in delivering quality project outcomes on time.Business Segment Liaison for the departmentProvide
support to management as needed.Extensive work experience within own functionWork is frequently completed without established proceduresWorks independently.May act as a resource for others.May coordinate others activities.

Requirements

Requirements:High school diploma/ GED 1+ years’ experience working with project
plans (tasks, resources, and timelines) and requirement documents, reporting,
and collaborating with operational staff and management.1+ years’ experience working with Microsoft
Office (Word, Excel, Access)1+ years’ experience in an
administrative/support rolePreferred Requirements:Healthcare experienceKnowledge of Facets eligibility systemKnowledge of Microsoft ProjectCareers at UnitedHealthcare Employer & Individual.
