Summary:
Provide receptionist support to the management team in mail service pharmacy operation. Primary Responsibilities:
General office assistant duties (copying, filing, faxing, etc.)
Receptionist coverage for the main switchboard
Taking messages and transferring calls as needed
Inventory and order office supplies
Inventory and order brochures
Make maintenance calls when needed (HVAC, plumbing, etc)
Coordinate special mailings
