Job Summary :
The Implementation Consultant II is responsible for implementing data feeds to facilitate data exchange with clients, interpreting QA test results and presenting reports and results to internal staff. In addition, this role interacts with clients regarding data set requirements, test requirements and data integrity review results.
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Participates in data intake discussions
- Performs data mapping activities as necessary
- Runs a variety of data integrity tests on a periodic basis
- Analyzes test results to identify data or processing defects
- Facilitates internal data integrity reviews, reporting out on processing defects and documenting follow up items
- Facilitates data integrity reviews with client submitter, documents decisions, create future test pass/fail thresholds
- In consultation with submitter and internal teams, determines data set appropriateness for processing.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
- Minimum three (3)+ combined years of data analytics, and/or data mapping and data mapping/exchange
Preferred Qualifications:
- Related work experience in quality assurance
- Working knowledge of health care information technology and healthcare industry practices preferred
- Experience with working directly with the clients to review data feed
- Proficiency with front end and query tools such as SQL Studio
- Extensive knowledge of Treo products preferred
- MS SQL or other relational database experience
Location: Troy, NY
Travel: May include up to 10% domestic
