Automation Personnel Services has immediate openings for Quality Assurance Inspectors in the electronic components division in a Huntsville factory.
Position Requirements:
-Must be able to read and understand technical and non-technical documents as they relate to the customers job requirements.
- Inspections: perform various inspections on raw materials, components, sub-assemblies; including in-process and finished goods inspections per work instructions.
- Perform various internal audits of operators, products, processes, facilities, and equipment; Generate required documentation and communicate findings to appropriate parties as needed.
- Perform material kit audits to insure accuracy and integrity of the kitting process.
- Set up and maintain inspection test equipment
- File incoming component documentation.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Employee will be working closely with both technical and non-technical personnel.
- Employee will be working in confined work spaces.
- Employees must be able to lift 15-30 lbs
- Employees must be able to work overtime.
- Employee must be detail oriented.
- Good hand eye coordination required.
- Take initiative and adapt to situations and circumstances as needed.
Shifts Times:
2nd shift openings 3 PM-11: 30 PM Monday thru Friday
Experience and Educational Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Experience working with electronic components in inspection, manufacturing or production work -
Drug screen and background check required.
