Lee’s Famous Recipe Chicken of Lima is looking for high quality Food Service Managers to join our growing company. Lee’s is an established, successful restaurant founded in Lima Ohio almost 50 years ago. All candidates must have at least 3 years experience in restaurant/food service management positions or higher.

Job Description:

Lead one of our store teams in a professional manner while achieving company goals, maintaining standards and achieving new heights of guest satisfaction the Lee's way!

Managers are responsible for directing the daily operations of a given unit while ensuring compliance with our company standards: food production, customer service, maintenance, repairs, inventory, recruiting, retention of team members, financial accountability, scheduling, team management and ensuring we maintain a positive presence in our communities and with our guests.
