Clinical Coordinator Therapy services

OUR LADY OF BELLEFONTE HOSPITALPOSITION SUMMARY The primary responsibility of the Coordinator of Therapy Services is to assist the Unit Director in the management of all therapy services. This position develops and enhances therapy performance levels of all department personnel and monitors the quality and effectiveness of therapy services.JOB REQUIREMENTS 1. Masters Degree required.2. Licensed as an independent Practitioner in the Commonwealth of Kentucky in the field of social work or mental health related field, e.g., LCSW, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist. 3. Requires five years of clinical experience, inpatient psychiatric experience required.4. Ability to relate cooperatively and constructively with patients, family, co-wokers, physicians, and the community.5. Must possess high level of communication, critical thinking, organizational skills and ability to work independently.6. NCI (non-violent crisis intervention) required. This training is offered upon hire 7. Continuous; upward and downward flexion of the neck. Frequent: sitting, repetitive use of hands to operate office equipment, walking, reaching above and below shoulder level, and lifting and carrying files weighing up to 10 lbs.
