Reporting to the Senior Area General Manager this position will:

Be responsible for providing oversight of nutrition care for patients and residents including specialty areas for USC Keck Hospital, Norris Cancer Center, USC Verdugo Hills Hospital and all affiliated outpatient clinics Implements business practices in order to uphold Company mission and values. Contributes to account revenue and operating profit contribution through the implementation of services Oversee up to 25 clinical dietitians within the USC system including inpatient and outpatient dietitians

The ideal candidate will:

Be a Registered Dietitian with at least 5 years of experience (at least 4 years lead or management experience) Serve in a leadership role on the Food and Nutrition Services team along with other manager's and have strong demonstrated leadership skills Have strong management skills nutrition services, with a strong comprehension of the principles of clinical nutrition practice and regulatory compliance Have excellent communication and customer service skills Have a proven a track record of proactive of Project Management, Delegating & Directing, Achieving Solutions, Leading Change and be an outstanding team player

Position Summary

Number two position at an account/unit providing two or more core services (facilities/engineering, food or custodial). Assumes GM's responsibilities and authority in his/her absence. Supervises managers in multiple service areas. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree

Basic Management Experience - 4 years

Basic Functional Experience - 4 years work experience in facilities (e.g., maintenance, plant operations, engineering services, grounds, custodial/environmental, or transportation) or food (e.g., food services or operations, concessions, retail sales, store operations, or vending) services
