Position Description
KBR is seeking an Construction Intern to join its team.
KBR is to design, engineer, procure, construct, and commission the BASF/ YARA, Project Peony which includes a new ammonia plant and new ammonia terminal at the BASF facility located near Freeport, Texas.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Under direct supervision, the intern positions will performs assignments designed to develop professional or technical work knowledge and abilities requiring application of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria in carrying out a sequence of related tasks.
This is inclusive of but not limited to:
Display commitment to KBR's industry leading HSE program
Assist in the management of construction projects, subcontractors, and vendors
Review engineering drawings for completeness
Assist in Subcontractor and Supplier Payments
Other duties as assigned
