Nespresso USA is seeking dynamic, customer service oriented Host or Hostess to join our boutique bar in the Miami Flagship location! The Host/Hostess will act as an ambassador for the Nespresso brand in the boutique bar: greeting, guiding and serving our clientele.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Care:

* Warmly and graciously greet all guests upon arrival; welcoming them to the Nespresso Boutique Bar

* Guide guests to their table, present menus, and make sure Server is aware that the table has been seated

* Relay additional messages to Servers, Baristas, and Buss persons as needed

* Assist in maintaining the appearance of the Bar (cleanliness, equipment, product display)

* Make sure all menus are wiped down, free of spots or stains

* Maintain a smooth flow of guests; when seating is limited, record guest's names and number of people in the party, providing guests with estimated wait time

* Thank guests upon their departure and invite them to return. Handle guest complaints appropriately

* Guide guests to Boutique sales area as needed

Qualifications

Education:

* High School Diploma or GED required

Requirements:

* Prior experience in a high-volume Cafe or Restaurant required

* Must demonstrate strong verbal communication skills allowing for effective communication with your customers

* Must be able to lift, carry or otherwise move objects weighing up to 25 pounds

* Must be able to balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl and stand for extended periods of time

* Must have full availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
