We are looking for Retail Store Manager-in-Training candidates to work at one of our locations in your area!
Ideal candidates MUST:
- Have a minimum of 4+ years sales/customer service experience with at least 2+ yrs in a supervisory role (as an ASM or SM role) – preferably in a retail store environment;
- Previous personnel management experience a PLUS;
- Excellent organization and operational skills a PLUS;
- Visual/merchandising background a PLUS;
- Prior experience overseeing store opening and closing procedures;
- Flexible schedule (which may include nights, weekends, and holidays);
- Strong team-building/leadership ability who is willing to lead by example;
- Proven track record of reliability and the ability to work BOTH independently and as a team;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Be an energetic, outgoing, and personally-driven individual with an eye for fashion;
- Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service to every customer;
- Be able to lift up to 30 lbs;
