Now Hiring Entry-Level Retail Customer Service Representatives $10-$15/Hourly Vitales Enterprises, Inc. is a rapidly expanding marketing firm, based out of Riverside, CA. We specialize in account management, and work with fortune 500 clients in the entertainment, cable and retail industries in order to provide face-to-face customer service. Duties of the Position:

•  Providing excellent customer service to our client and customer base in a face-to-face retail enviornment.
• Assisting customers daily with their purchases, services, billing issues, and equiptment.
• Educating customers on current promotions, and keeping up to date with product knowledge.
