With extensive experience in operating both local and national brands, including CNBC, PGA TOUR, Brooks Brothers, Brighton Collectibles, and Harley Davidson, Pandora, Spanx, etc. The Paradies Shops operates in more airports than any other retail concessionaire. We are also operating food and beverage establishments in 5 different airports. We are currently searching for a Restaurant Manager with experience in food and beverage to join an exciting, energetic and trend setting, airport concessionaire.
Job Summary:
The General Manager is responsible for providing outstanding leadership to the restaurants and support teams. In addition, the General Manager is responsible for achieving targeted results related to exceptional guest service, sales growth, profitability, team member's development, management of quality/service/cleanliness standards, facility maintenance, and local airport marketing. The General Manager is the full time, on site liaison with the Airport and Airline Managers. The General Manager makes a significant contribution to Paradies' Food & Beverage division mission of delivering an industry leading experience that exceeds our guest's expectation one meal at a time. (Duties may vary depending o n the size and scope of the location, with more direct supervision from GM required at small to mid-size locations with minimal or no management support.)

Required Skills

Quick service or fast casual operations industry experience a plus
Demonstrated commitment to excellent guest service
Excellent interpersonal skills/demonstrated ability to be flexible and effectively work with others as a team
Excellent communication, organization and problem solving skills
Demonstrated track record for flexibility and urgency in prioritizing and organizing projects
Manage the relationship with local Airport Staff for Paradies and constantly build a positive working relationship with them
Accountable for their location's compliance with all local, state, federal laws and regulations including those relating to food safety
Communicates financial goals to the management team and employees and provides direction to achieve those goals
Interviews hourly employee candidates and makes hiring decisions
Required Experience
Bar experience and Airport Restaurant management preferred
HRIM or Business Degree Preferred
Knowledge of POS (Micros environment preferred) computer skills
Basic BOH and detailed FOH operations
Minimum of 3 years GM experience in a fast-paced, high volume restaurant
Ability to work varying schedules: days, nights, and weekends.
Ability to work ten-hour shifts with extensive standing/walking.
Serv Safe (or like) certification in sanitation and safety required
Demonstrated ability to achieve all goals within assigned areas of responsibility
