The Role

The Pardot sales team (a division of Salesforce.com) is growing at a rapid pace and looking to expand. We are currently hiring for a Mid-Market Account Executive to successfully bring in new clients on a monthly basis. Must be comfortable and effective with prospecting, cold calling, online demonstrations, as well as have excellent interpersonal & technical skills.

Responsibilities: Deliver online product demonstrations via GoToMeeting Proactively reach out to mid-market prospects by phone and email Prospect for new clients via data.com, LinkedIn, etc. Cold-call on mid-market businesses and organizations Follow up on inbound leads and sales inquires Update prospect interaction in Salesforce CRM Collaborate with core Salesforce sales team members on closing deals

Requirements: Bachelor Degree/Diploma 5-10 years of sales experience At least 5 years of sales experience in software or technology sales B2B sales experience required Experience cold-calling on businesses is a must Salesforce CRM experience required Web demo experience required, GTM is a plus Marketing Automation experience is preferred Strong interpersonal skills Ability to travel when needed Benefits: Very competitive compensation package with uncapped commissions 1 week sales training boot camp at hire with continuous sales training Career Advancement opportunities.
