Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services / Custodial Manager 2 for Trinity Mother Frances Hospital and Clinics located in Tyler, Texas . This facility is a 450 bed, private, not-for-profit hospital system. This is a 2nd shift position and will require some weekends and holidays.
This Manager will oversee a team of up to 40 employees. Some responsibilities may include: customer and client interaction, on-going training, quality inspections, compliance, safety, and the implementation of Sodexo policies and procedures. This Manager will also supervise the floor care team and project work as needed.
The ideal candidate for this position will have previous management experience in Environmental Services in a hospital or healthcare setting along with floor-care experience. Must have excellent customer service and communication skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities at once. Client engagement and patient satisfaction is essential for the success of this role.

Position Summary
Supervises hourly staff providing custodial service to client. Responsible for work force planning, Quality Assurance training and administrative functions for designated area. Typically reports to General Manager or Operations Manager.
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
Basic Management Experience - 1 year
Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
