Calibrator I, 2nd Shift Raven

Prepare and assemble parts to form top or sub assemblies. Set up and operate production equipment to ensure that flow, spray angle and quality of spray meet product specifications and tolerance levels. Follows established standard work under general supervision. Typically refers problems or deviations to more experienced technicians, supervisors or engineers. Essential Responsibilites include: Set up and operate test stand to check nozzles, spray bars and valves for spray quality, angle and flow according to specification. Disassembles, repairs and assembles product according to specification. Sets up and operates lasermarker and printer according to procedures and specification. Records spray parameters by serial number. Complete manufacturing documentation and labor transactions. Actively participates in the Continuous Improvement process as well as safety related activities. Over 40 hours is required as scheduled to meet business needs. Support and follow all rules/guidelines/standards set by EHS, Quality, and CI functions as set by your leader and position. All other duties as assigned.
