About this job
Saint Francis Hospital-Memphis is pleased to invite you to apply for our 16 th cohort of Versant RN Residents!
Designed by nurses for nurses, the Versant RN Residency is the most innovative and comprehensive new graduate on boarding experience available. The Residency is designed to be a highly-supportive and appropriately paced learning experience.
As a Versant Resident, you will be employed as a full-time, paid employee. You will be supported--both professionally and emotionally--by a network of senior nurses who act as teachers, preceptors, mentors and debriefers. Upon successful completion the Residency, you'll be prepared to successfully pursue your goal of serving as a professional Registered Nurse.
In order for your application to be considered, we ask that you provide two letters of recommendation from clinical instructors and your most recent official transcript. The Recruiter will forward your documents to the Versant Program manager for review. Should you be selected to move to the next stage in the process, you may interview for two areas of interest, so we ask that you limit your applications to your top two preferences.
