Responsible for all reception activities at the North and South Greeter Stations at Worcester Medical Center. Greets all patients and visitors, provide directions, assist with interpreter requirements, assist with wheelchairs and transport services as necessary. Communicates effectively with patients, families, visitors, co-workers, physicians, and other employees. High School diploma or equivalent required. College level studies in social services, human services, preferred. Bilingual/multilingual abilities preferred.
