Anthropologie is growing and opening new lifestyle stores in the bay area and we are ready to meet you! Our new store will be called Anthropologie & Company and include our exclusive brands Terrain and BHLDN. Currently we are looking for high-level talent to oversee our first location in Stanford Shopping Center Palo Alto, California. Anthropologie has long been known for providing an "unmatched" transportive environment for discovery and inspiration; Anthropologie & Company stores will embody this spirit while reimagining the retail experience.

Our customer has been asking for more expanded product to fit her lifestyle and over the years has been dedicated to our unique brand and curated aesthetic. We are thrilled to be able to offer her an expanded offering in our new lifestyle store in The Stanford Shopping Center, Palo Alto California. We are hiring for all positions! Store Department Manager

Objective: The Department Manager partners with our Merchandiser to lead a profitable and customer-centric environment through the successful development of a team. They are responsible for managing all aspects of department including; hiring and developing talent, maintaining consistent store controls, and applying merchant skills to create a compelling customer experience.

Apparel Manager (Trend and Core)

Specialty Apparel Manager (Active, Lounge and Petites)

Home Manager Furniture (Decorator, Design and Registry)

Bridal Manager (Wedding)

Beauty Manager (Beauty Services, Face and Body)

Accessory Manager (Bags and Shoes)

Experience

Three + years of retail management experience or equivalent

An understanding of the Anthropologie culture and its appeal to the local market

Ability to drive sales through excellent service, strong visual presentation, and a full understanding of the business

Strong record of developing talented individuals at the sales associate level and above

Customer Connection

Cultivates an environment of genuine customer connection

Demonstrates extraordinary service, leading by example on the sales floor

Acts as a brand ambassador reflective of the company values and aesthetic

Understands multi-channel business - implements processes and utilizes tools to better service the customer

Engages with local community via events and social media platforms

Builds and maintains productive partnerships
