RN Urgent Care - Part Time

Responsible and accountable for the overall nursing care management of an assigned group of patients. Collaborates with the Nurse Manager and other members of the health care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Uses clinical judgment skills to diagnose and treat the patient's responses to actual or potential health conditions. Assesses, monitors, detects, plans, and takes appropriate action to prevent potential physiological complications associated with specific health problems and / or medical treatment. Very autonomous position with electronic scheduler - coverage of 5 locations. At least 1 year of hands-on Nursing experience preferred.

Basic Qualifications:

Education - Bachelor's Degree in Nursing must be obtained within 7 years for those who start in this RN role on or after January 1, 2013 (Spectrum Health Grand Rapids) or February 1, 2013 (Spectrum Health United and Kelsey)

Experience - Successful completion of a competency-based orientation program

Basic Life Support (BLS)\\United & Kelsey\60 Days\
