Responsibilities of role: Prospect new accounts and develop existing ones to deliver new revenue targets consistently within your assigned territory. Work closely with Core Sales, Sales Engineering, Business Development, Pricing, Product consulting specialists, Business Value Services and Partners to ensure the right resources are brought into the sales process to successfully scope, win and set up your accounts for Success Adopt and enhance sales methodology & processes to optimize for Analytics Cloud deals Consistently communicate the status of your business within SFDC with transparency to drive pipeline growth and successfully exceed monthly forecasts. Skills & Experience: Visionary, high-energy sales executive with a passion for Analytics: You have extremely high energy and the ability to thrive in a startup culture; you naturally define compelling visions of the future, engage others and inspire the team to deliver. You are passionate about Analytics and are comfortable with an early-stage product, able to communicate the vision to our customers and team and bring their insights to bear in its development via our product team Natural Salesperson: You are a process oriented salesperson that excels in a fast paced environment. You have 10+ years sales with a successful, innovative software company, selling SaaS BI, Big Data, Analytics solutions to government accounts; you will have consistently exceeded your targets You will be a natural "hunter," skilled at creating demand at all levels within your accounts. You naturally build trust and credibility with our customer's business and technical leadership. You know how to differentiate our solution and drive outstanding results. You have practical experience of sales methodology, metrics, measuring pipe quality and delivering to sales targets. Team Player: You are comfortable working in a CoPrime structure where you are responsible for selling our Analytics solution alongside other Salesforce products. Effectively sell-through with Core Sales teams but you OWN the deal and process. You have a good understanding of various divisions, teams across large organizations, and you are able to forge strong relationships across multiple groups to drive alignment and create the strategy for Analytics within existing accounts You have a proven track record of learning and adapting quickly and assimilating new concepts in fast paced environments Outstanding communicator: You are a strong people person, building big relationships fast. You establish trust & credibility with customers and partners as well as your direct and extended internal teams. You are comfortable working across multiple buyers and influencers across an organization and you can map solutions to their specific needs. You are extremely comfortable giving formal presentations to different audiences. You are comfortable running workshops to elicit pain points, requirements and mapping back to business value Strong Technical Foundation: You are fluent in data & analytics technology, able to tangle in the technical weeds when required. Your 5+ years technical database/analytics background, gives you a strong understanding of the complexities of data structures, schemas, BigData, Analytics products, OLAP, OLTP, BI Implementations, Cloud and SaaS, inspiring confidence in our product and capabilities Channel-savvy: With 5+ years of forging partnerships with SI and ISV partners in multi-channel sales; you understand their success metrics and are able to build win-win-win relationships with them and our customers Education: Bachelor's degree desirable
