Allegiance Staffing is looking to fill multiple positions at a customs bonded warehouse. Successful applicants will have experience hand un-loading containers, palletizing, shrink wrapping and staging freight. These positions are day shift Monday through Friday. This is an extremely physical job that will require a lot of fast paced heavy lifting. In addition, this facility is constantly looking to promote people with forklift experience to forklift operators. If you do not have experience, the client is willing to train those with the right work ethic and attitude.
JOB DUTIES:
- Efficiently sort, handle, load and unload palletized and non-palletized freight.
- Lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes up to 50lbs.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment for up to 8-10 hours a day.
- Safely work in adverse weather conditions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Submit to a crimal background check.
- Pass a drug test in accordance with Federal law.
- Ability to count and perform basic math, with or withouth a calculator.
- Highly motivated individual with attention to detail.
