About this job
This position will be supporting 3-4 attorneys in the Legal Department at Hyatt Corporation in an administrative capacity.
The primary job responsibilities are:
Processing department bills, expense reports and outside counsel invoices.
Organizing travel arrangements.
Scheduling meetings.
Filing and distribution of final executed documents and keeping track of such executed documents for audit list.
Drafting and distributing outside counsel retention letters.
Answering telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors.
Word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations.
Copying and faxing.
The position requires strong computer and Internet research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.

Experience:
5 years in an administrative capacity, legal field experience preferred.
Education:
Minimum level of education is high school degree.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Computer Skills:
Moderate to advanced Microsoft Word required. Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred.
Microsoft Outlook experience preferred.
Additional:
Ability to manage multiple projects using time management and prioritization skills.
Strong communication skills required.
