We have over 1000 stores and still growing!
We offer an incentive-based pay plan that rewards our top performers. The top 25% of our technicians earn more than $20 per hour or more.
We prefer to hire and promote from within. The majority of our Assistant Managers have been promoted up from the shop and many of them have advanced to Store Manager or higher. If you are money motivated, a self-starter and have previous automotive and/or tire service, we want to talk with you!

Job Responsibilities: As an Automotive Service Technician, you will provide our customers with a full range of tire, repair and maintenance services, based upon your skills and experience.
Requirements
As an Automotive Service Technician, you must have strong mechanical skills, solid organizational skills and a high degree of attention to detail. It is also important that you have excellent communication skills and the ability to explain repairs to customers in a friendly and understandable manner.
Specific qualifications for the Automotive Service Technician position include:
Minimum 1-year experience with vehicle repairs; ASE certifications desired Valid driver's license Experience/familiarity using store equipment such as lifts, tire machines and brake lathes correctly, for example Own set of tools and/or willingness to participate in company's tool purchase program ***(20% off tools in our tool catalog and can be bought through payroll deduction over several paychecks -- a great way to build your tool set without getting in debt with the tool truck!)*** Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Availability to work a flexible schedule to cover store hours, including Saturdays and some Sundays At least 18 years of age
