The role of the Server Assistant/Busser
Serve guest needs by assisting the Food Server by cleaning up and setting up tables and completing guest requests. Make guests feel welcomed, comfortable and well taken care of. Provide water and bread/butter according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure superior service.
