Summary:
Responsible for cleaning and maintenance of the property building, tennis courts, grounds, and common areas as assigned by supervisor.
Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain in operating condition all assigned common areas. This includes, but is not limited to front entrance and lobby area, game and meeting rooms, fitness center, parking lot, walkways, elevators and trash cans.
Complete grounds maintenance duties as assigned. This includes, but is not limited to blowing down the grounds/parking lot, daily maintenance of multiple swimming pools, and clay tennis court maintenance.
Assist in setting up common areas for special functions.
Remove any maintenance related debris when working interior maintenance. Instances requiring cleaning assistance shall require proper reporting and procedures followed.
Notify supervisor of supplies needed. Responsible for keeping maintenance shop in clean, organized, and safe condition. Safeguard all supplies, equipment, tools.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent strongly preferred
Experience:
Some experience in maintenance/clean-up preferred
