All Nurses with less than 1 year of nursing experience should apply to this generic Graduate Nurse (GN) position and we will consider nurses for any department in the hospital that has the ability to train and mentor.
The GN/ RN coordinates the efforts of the multidisciplinary treatment team for the patients under his/her care. The GN/RN is accountable for patient assessment, planning of care, intervening as patient condition changes, and evaluating the care and treatments the patient is receiving to determine if the patient is achieving the expected outcomes. S/he is responsible for administration of medications and treatments, reviewing test results, and communicating with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure the highest quality patient care.
