We seek an innovative leader with a passion for driving profit and delivering a creative, personalized customer experience to join our Naturalizer retail team.

*Successfully lead an elevated and reimagined Naturalizer brand experience across all concept stores, including operational excellence, talent, in-store experience and local outreach

*Effectively influence the organization's direction through knowledge, vision and insight, while leading and supporting organizational change

*Identify market trends and anticipate business, team and customer needs, proactively implementing change to ensure ongoing improvement

*Proactively attract, hire and retain top talent, maximizing individual strengths and creating a culture where teams are valued and held accountable for results

*Construct compelling developmental plans which focus on managers meeting financial and career goals, providing feedback on progress and opportunities

*Optimize the customer experience, using customer data and insights to ensure consistent execution of selling strategies and visual standards across all concept stores

*Analyze business results, identifying trends and utilizing key business metrics to maximize sales generation potential and profitability

*Collaborate and leverage a direct connection with corporate partners to build valuable relationships between corporate and field teams

We seek people with these qualifications:

*Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

*5+ years multi-unit management experience in high-touch service environment

*10+ years progressive retail field experience

*Proven record of driving performance and consistent organizational development

*Demonstrated experience in successful rollout and implementation of area-wide sales, operating disciplines, presentation and communication initiatives

*Ability to balance delivering a creative, personalized experience and a profitable result

*Experience successfully opening, closing, remodeling and relocating multiple stores

*Experience repositioning a brand and launching new store concepts

*Ability to travel and have leadership presence across all U.S. concept stores (50-75%)
