Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Wage: $8.25 + bonus potential

Founded in December 2000 in Atlanta, Ga., Moe's Southwest Grill is a fun and engaging fast-casual restaurant franchise serving a wide variety of fresh, made-to-order southwest fare. The first thing you'll hear when you walk into the restaurant is an enthusiastic "Welcome to Moe's!" It's more than a greeting; it's a way of life for the folks who customize each meal fresh to order right in front of the guest.  While Moe's is best known for its burritos packed with a choice of over 20 fresh, flavorful ingredients, the menu also features kid's, vegetarian and low-calorie options. And all meals are served with free chips and salsa.

We have a unique work environment where you’re trained to work every position in the restaurant.  From the register, to the line, to morning prep and evening close, our crew members become a team working in all aspects of the restaurant. 

We have an open kitchen experience so it’s fun and it’s loud with lots of team communication.  The crew’s food creation is part of the customer experience.

This store is part of a family run franchise group that includes both Moe’s Southwest Grill stores as well as Five Guys Burgers and Fries stores.  We were named 2012 Five Guys Franchisee of the Year and operate stores in the Tennessee Tri-Cities and Western North Carolina region.

We offer shifts that run a variety of times throughout all seven days of the week. We start prep around 8:00-9:00am and we’re finished with closing duties by 10:00pm. Our shifts typically run from as short as a couple of hours, during the lunch and dinner rush, to eight hours over a full shift, depending on the day and your availability.

We provide discounted meal benefits, training for our crew members, and opportunities to grow within our company.

We have a need for daytime crew to work Monday-Fridays.  We have flexible shifts avaiable.  If you you'd like to work the lunch rush from 11:00a-2:00p or the entire morning shift from 9:00a-2:00p, we can accomodate you!
