About this job
The BHS therapist is a mental health professional who provides group, individual, and family therapies to patients requiring psychiatric care.Maintains required documentation according to applicable standards. Masters degree from an accredited college or university in a human service related field; social work, psychology, or professional counseling
Fully licensed therapist; LCSW, LCPC or psychologist PhD or PsyD.
At least 1 year of experience in the field
Experience with crisis assessments
CPR Certification
Must have basic working knowledge of applicable state and federal laws regarding the rights of psychiatric patients
Good organizational skills
The ability to work in a collaborative manner with the treatment team.
