Job Description:
RGIS is actively seeking individuals with store fixture installation and merchandising experience in new store and reset remodel environments. Fixture installation involves the safely moving or setup of shelving, warehouse racking, store displays and signage.

Requirements:

  • Ideal candidates will have at least one year of fixture installation experience in retail new/resets/remodel projects.

  • Must be able to perform repetitive bending, standing and walking, and be able to pull, push and lift materials up to 50 pounds.

  • Ability to construct or reconfigure wide varieties of retail fixtures (conventional and warehouse) to manufacturer’s specifications according to client needs and CAD drawings.

  • Ability to build box corners, installs checkouts, and complete trim work to client’s specifications. Install graphics and decor elements per client instruction and guidelines and unloads and categorizes all supplies, materials and fixtures utilized for the projects using client’s process for accuracy.

  • Should have basic knowledge of hand and power tools (cordless drill, hammer, screwdrivers, pliers, etc.).

  • Have reliable transportation, current driver's license, and be able to pass MVR check, drug and background screenings.

  • Basic carpentry and millwork skills are a plus.

  • There will be frequent travel (company paid hotel/mileage/per diem). Selected employees must be able to work a flexible schedule which may include night shifts or extended days of travel (typically 1-4 weeks) during the duration of each project. Must be willing to share hotel room (same gender). Active email address and ability to access is required.

    Ensure team members comply with all safety requirements

    Certified in operations of forklift and scissor lift a plus

    Carpentry / mill work experience a plus

    Compensation/Benefits:

    Fixture installer positions Pay range is $12-14 per hour based on experience, with a possibility for overtime. There are opportunities for advancement, based on performance.

    All travel costs are paid by RGIS LLC

    $31.00 per diem (meal allowance) provided for overnight trips
