CVS Health, a mail service Specialty Pharmacy in the Monroeville area, has an opportunity for a full time Customer Service Representative in our Inbound Call Area to handle patient billing questions. The inbound call area representative will handle all patient requests in an attempt to ensure timely and accurate account payment for outstanding balances while demonstrating excellent customer service to patients, healthcare professionals and insurance carriers.

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

- Receive inbound calls from patients with questions regarding bills received

- Provide excellent customer service to the patient by providing quick and accurate resolution

- Resolve patient issues that may have resulted from incorrect or incomplete information

- Work closely with all internal departments to address patient billing questions Required Qualifications:

- Minimum of one year experience in a high volume inbound call center or customer service role

- Excellent verbal communication skills

- A strong attention to detail

- Ability to utilize analytical skills

- Experience in MS Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word

- 11:30 AM -- 8:00 PM Monday through Friday availability

- Ability to work independently in a team environment Preferred Qualifications:

- One year experience performing healthcare reimbursement, medical insurance/billing or related work preferred

- Customer service focus in a healthcare environment Education:

Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required. Business Overview:
