This position will work for Hunt Construction Group in Indianapolis, Indiana during the 12 week internship program\.

The Marketing/Creative Services Intern supports marketing efforts by creating memorable, eye\-catching identities, vivid aesthetics, strong compositions and all\-around exciting graphics and experiences for clients\. The candidate works in a collaborative environment with the entire Marketing team, and should be a creative thinker with an eagerness to learn\. She/he has a passion for design and approaches each new challenge with a positive attitude\. The intern will be working on a variety of tasks as well as on several projects simultaneously\. Strong communication, organizational and time management skills are a must\.

Typical Duties:

*Design, create, and manage projects across various media; including proposal covers and layouts, infographics, experience maps, stationery, advertisements, promotional brochures, flyers, multimedia presentations, video production and tradeshow exhibits\.

*Maintain professional rapport with all internal clients, outside printers, and other firms regarding the production of material within the agreed deadlines, specifications, and budget for each pursuit\.

*Research clients in order to develop the most appropriate aesthetics to exceed their expectations\.

*Maintain & develop best practices for projects and ensure all work is produced in accordance with approved standards\.

*Respond to additional marketing requests\.

**Minimum Requirements**

+ Available to work 12 consecutive weeks from May 2016 \- August 2016

+ Available to travel to Indianapolis, IN for a 5 day 4 night Orientation ProgramJune 6 \-10, 2016

+ Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in graphic design or similar major

+ Proficiency in InDesign CC, Photoshop CC, Illustrator CC and Microsoft Office\.

+ _Basic know\-how in Adobe CC Premiere Pro, After Effects, or other type of video editing software\._

+ _Experience with Apple Keynote a plus\._

+ Excellent computer skills\. Comfortable in both Mac & PC environments\.

+ Strong design skills reflected in a current portfolio of work\.

+ Prior experience creating graphics and a solid grasp of design concepts\.

+ Experience working in a deadline\-driven environment, with the ability to prioritize multiple ongoing projects using existing resources preferred\.
