Sodexo is seeking an experienced Custodial Manager 2 of Environmental Services / Custodial Services for Baptist Hospital Pensacola located in Pensacola, Florida . This facility is 492 beds.

The successful candidate will manage a team of approximately 20-25 housekeepers. This position supports the EVS/custodial service and the hospital mission by providing leadership for our employees in the delivery of safe, clean environment for our patients, customers as well as hospital employees in a variety of settings. Preferred candidates will have management experience in Environmental Services, Hotels, Housekeeping, and/or Custodial Services, with excellent customer service skills along with strong computer skills desired

Position Summary

Supervises hourly staff providing custodial service to client. Responsible for work force planning, Quality Assurance training and administrative functions for designated area. Typically reports to General Manager or Operations Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED

Basic Management Experience - 1 year

Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
