Reports To: Sales Manager / General Manager
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under minimum supervision, makes outgoing phone calls to customers following the purchase of new and/or used vehicles. Works with all departments to ensure outstanding customer service.
Contact customers after the sale
Identify any customer concerns
Determine the best solution to concerns and advise the GM or SM
Coordinate any actions that are necessary to resolve concerns
Follow up with the customer to ensure complete customer satisfaction
Other Duties, As Required:
Performs general administrative duties. Also may assist other staff with overflow of work, as needed.
Experience Required:
- dealership experience (Sales or Service)
- Customer service / phone support
- Computer and administrative experience, a plus
Other Requirements:
Attention to detail, patience, positive attitude and excellent communication skills, professionalism a must.
Education Minimum Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent
