Production Manager

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a Production Manager for a company in Marietta, GA. A Bachelor s degree is desirable, but some college required; able to read, write and communicate effectively in English, prior job experience required but specific training to be held on site. Computer skills required in Excel and Word. Some general mechanical skills required for machine maintenance and set-up. Understanding of basic process flow required.

KEY RESPONSIBLIITES
1 Manage OMI production warehouse in accordance to OMI s, SOP s, GDP s, FDA, and ISO regulations.
2 Profitability to Net Profit level of the Division.
3 Prepare and present the annual budget and forecast.
4 Maintain, negotiate and order production materials.
5 Demonstrate proficiency with all Production Equipment and Processes.
6 Ensure private label print orders are completed in accordance with sales requirements.
7 Ensure all returned goods are inspected and reworked as necessary.
8 Research and recommend machinery requirements.
9 Assist in the maintenance of the physical state of the facility and grounds.
10 Comply with all relative SOP s and Quality Directives.
11 Manage all employment, training, and disciplinary matters within the Production Division.
12 Maintain and assist QA as required in preparation of packaging specifications.
13 Liaison with all production customers.
14 Supervise the completion of or perform maintenance on equipment.
15 Comply with any reasonable request by the Director North America Operations and/ or President.
Drug screen and background screen required.
