CDL-B / Class B CDL Driver

We have a full-time opening for a CDL-B / Class B CDL Driver. 

Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays.

• Must have 1 or more years experience.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Background check required.

Wage: $16.00

We are looking for a Class B CDL delivery driver for a company located in the South Holland and University Park area. This is local driving only; no OTR.

Daily loads can vary from a full truckload to one distributor to a seven or eight stop to many distributors.   All drivers are responsible for assisting in unloading, checking in products, handling paperwork and communicating any discrepancies to the office.  Will also be responsible for picking up customer returns and validating that the product matches the request for credit. Some warehouse duties will be involved including loading/unloading and packing/pulling orders.

This is a full time position.  Pay starts at $15-19/hour based on experience.

Requirements include:

-Must be able to operate any heavy straight vehicle with a gross vehicle weight rating greater than 26,001 pounds as well as any vehicle towing not in excess of 10,000 pounds.

- Relatively clean MVR that is free of any violations for DUI’s, failure to stop, speeding 25 mph or more over the speed limit, reckless/negligent driving, racing or driving on a suspended license. You will be required to provide a copy of your MVR upon application.

- Must hold a current DOT card.

- Must be able to comply with background and drug screen requirements.
