Duties

· Establishes and maintains high quality written and visual deliverables by collaborating with Dir. of Creative and Media, Dir. of Brand Marketing, brand managers, external agency teams, by leading the execution of ideas into deliverables, by managing project time lines, by adhering to Creative Briefs and brand guidelines, by ensuring consistency of strategic brand objectives.

· Oversees copy and content development meeting regularly with internal and external teams, brand managers and planners, and account management to assess needs, define initiatives scope and deadlines, develop creative briefs, review and direct project progress, review and direct work product and determine whether project is on target and within the scope of the Creative Brief.

· Presents various stages of work product for review and approval to the Dir. of Creative and Media and Dir. of Brand Marketing effectively responding to requests or inquiries in a timely manner.

· Provides written ad copy and/or visuals as appropriate by maintaining up to date understanding company service model and product categories, applying consistent style and messaging adapted for the intended audience, purpose, budget and applied usage, reflecting applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies etc.

· Plans/Consults/Supervises/Approves/Directs radio productions, photo shoots, video shoots and edits, and TV commercial shoots.

· Acts as a mentor to departmental employees by providing developmental opportunities, responding to questions, providing direction on resource utilization (internally and externally), etc.

· Provides supervision and oversight to freelance staff by determining appropriate project assignment based on individual skill sets, orienting new employees to agency SOPs, providing necessary resources and direction, and responding to questions.

· Maintains consistently high executional excellence by ensuring appropriate resources are assigned to projects, time lines are managed and strategic brand objectives are promoted.

· Ensures smooth internal workflow by utilizing effective delegation, the assignment/reassignment of appropriate resources to jobs, providing direction and counsel as needed.

Position Requirements

· Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts or equivalent creative advertising background, 6-10 years advertising writing and art background required.

· Must have a proven track record of developing successful ad campaign deliverable

· Must possess a fluent working knowledge of content stylistic and cultural trends and production techniques in radio, TV, video, print, digital, social and web mediums and be current in consumer media consumption behaviors.

· Requires ability to thoroughly grasp regulatory requirements, excellent communication skills and selling ability.

· Must be able to work well under pressure and time constraints,

· Must possess a strong detail-orientation and solid organizational skills, and must possess a strong team-orientation.

· Adobe software proficiency.
