- Conduct internal investigations, utilizing undercover operatives, cameras, surveillance, audit, tips, etc.
- Follow up on tips and other sources of information to build case files of potential suspects
- Utilize computer programs and other systems to monitor and track internal performance
- Utilize surveillance techniques to monitor internal activity for investigative purposes
- Monitor and review CCTV surveillance
- Install covert/hidden camera systems
- Communicate internal theft and procedural compliance concerns to the Loss Prevention Manager.
- Conduct internal interviews with employees involved in dishonesty
- Conduct pre-employment background investigations and interviews
- Conduct in-park, external investigations of loss situations, including shoplifting, re-sale of tickets, vandalism, theft of services, etc.
- Conduct external interviews of guests involved in loss
- Must be at least 18 years old
