Position Summary:
The Manager, Acquisition Marketing will support the Business Services Marketing team in managing and developing the strategic direction for specific small business acquisition marketing programs. This includes the development and implementation of effective direct response marketing programs that will drive revenue growth, . All of the efforts will be focused on meeting & exceeding the TWCBC product & revenue growth goals as well as the overall customer experience.

The successful candidate will be a highly-motivated and analytical individual capable of working effectively with internal teams as well as our external creative agency partners. This individual will also collaborate effectively with other key stakeholders, including VPs, Directors, members of the regional management teams and key vendors. This position is based in Charlotte NC.

Essential Job Functions:

• Work cross-functionally with members of the Small Business Marketing team in the development and execution of strategic programs that drive response via direct mail and email, ensuring marketing goals and benchmarks are met on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.

• Create and augment marketing segments per the overall marketing strategy & guidelines

• Effectively plan and execute select marketing campaigns from creative development, production and deliver to drive increased sales leads.

• Monitor response and campaign cost-effectiveness, analyzes results and recommends changes and new tactics for future campaigns.

• Manage a monthly, quarterly and yearly marketing campaign calendar

• Work with Product Marketing, Sales, and other key stakeholders to create and implement highly effective marketing campaigns
oWork with agencies to develop/modify creative based on campaign timelines

• Serve as the owner and manager of specific strategic programs like ‘Newly Lit’ businesses (our network now available at their location) within the TWCBC service area.

• Develop strategic and tactical marketing plans to meet company goals

• Liaison with sales teams, market development and other organizations to build push/pull programs

• Report monthly results with an eye on optimization and continuous improvement.

• Serve as the team lead for supporting outsourced telemarketing, internal telemarketing and field sales teams.

• Build sales target list parameters and fulfill lists on monthly basis with TWCBC Analytics team

• Work closely with marketing teammates to develop and distribute sales enablement tools.

• Track, measure and report on activity on a monthly basis and be an agent of change

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.

• Minimum of 5+ years of marketing experience

• Strong Microsoft Office experience is required; especially Excel (advance skills)

• Salesforce and Eloqua marketing automation platform skills a plus.

• Knowledge of communications industry preferred.

• Accustomed to working within strict deadlines with a high commitment to accuracy.

• Ability to approach problems with creative thinking.

• Strong organizational skills and great follow-through skills, passion for excellence.

• Ability to work independently and pro-actively in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.

• Agency management experience is a plus.

• Excellent editing and proofreading skills required.

• Requires strong analytical ability, accuracy and attention to detail.

• Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills.

• Effective public speaking skills and ability to represent Time Warner Cable Business Class.

Preferred Qualifications:
Must be able to work in an entrepreneurial environment; highly organized and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills (team player). Must possess excellent project management skills. Must have the ability to prioritize workload, manage multiple projects, and complete assignments under tight deadlines. Must work well in a dynamic group environment and under deadline pressures. Must be willing to work with others in a cross-functional environment to achieve organizational goals

Education and Experience:
Bachelor ' s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent training, education and experience.
